My Approach

I am trained in the art of personal transformation.

The methods I use are talking, touch and connection.

The fuel is your own life force energy.

The Theory:

We hold all of our physical, emotional and energetic experiences within our physical body and if not released they can build up and cause dysfunction.

For some of us sex is how we process our emotions, and if this outlet is blocked it can lead to emotional disregulation and dis-ease in the body and nervous system.

We have all been wounded to some degree by our past experiences and these create armouring and can limit our opportunities to release and express ourselves.

As our wounds have usually been caused relationally they often need to be healed relationally.

Like striking a tuning fork at just the right frequency that is a vibrational match, resonating with your past experiences, this creates an opportunity to heal old wounds.

Through my various offerings, I will support you to bring your awareness to what you are holding, create safety that it may be released, thus opening and making space for more energy to flow.

Tantra creates the possibility of deep healing through
