I work in a discreet location overlooking fields, where you can forget about the world for a few hours.
Tantric Healing for Men
I work with men who are looking for a more conscious, embodied relationship with their sexuality - not just physically, but emotionally and psychologically as well. This might include exploring patterns around arousal, performance, connection, or a sense of disconnection from the body.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and can include talking, body-based awareness, and energy work, supporting a deeper connection to sensation and internal experience.
The focus is not on achieving an outcome, but on developing awareness and sensitivity. By removing the need to please or perform, we slow thing down, supporting you to reconnect to sensation, boundaries and desire.
For some men this may support challenges such as disconnection, anxiety or erectile difficulties; for others it’s a space for deeper self-understanding and growth.
Sessions are always discreet, respectful, and led at a pace that feels right for you.
What is Tantric Healing?
Tantric healing is a form of body-based, awareness-led work that supports a deeper connection between mind, body, sexuality and energy.
It brings attention to how energy is experienced in the body — often through sensation, breath, emotion or subtle shifts in awareness. Rather than focusing on fixing or achieving a particular outcome, it invites you to slow down and become more present with your internal experience.
Sessions may include talking, movement, guided practices and conscious touch, all held within clear boundaries and consent. For some clients, touch is the central focus of the session; for others, the work is more exploratory and awareness-based.
The intention is to support a more integrated, embodied experience of yourself.
What happens in a Session?
Each session is tailored to the individual and begins with a conversation to understand what you’re bringing and what feels important to explore.
From there, the session may include guided awareness, movement, or touch, depending on your intention and comfort.
Everything is led at your pace, with clear communication, boundaries and consent throughout. There is no expectation to perform or achieve anything — the focus is on creating a space where you can be present with your experience.
Is This Work Discreet?
Yes. Sessions are held in a private setting and your confidentiality is respected at all times.
Many clients come to this work for personal or sensitive reasons, and creating a space that feels safe, contained and non-judgemental is central to how I work.
Communication is also handled with care. I will usually respond using the method you initially use to contact me, and we can agree together what feels most appropriate going forward. Your preferences are respected and adhered to throughout.
Is It For Everyone?
This work is open to people of all genders and identities who feel drawn to explore their relationship with their body, sexuality and inner experience.
While I work primarily with men, sessions are not limited by gender, but guided by individual readiness, intention and capacity. What matters most is a willingness to engage with the work in a respectful, self-aware way.
