My Half Day Retreat is an opportunity for us to spend some quality time together.
Allowing more time to arrive, to drop into the energy, to connect and to tune into spiritual guidance.

We may begin with a Cacao Ceremony, to open your heart and set your intentions.

We may begin with energetic tantric connection, being together as we are, in this moment.

You may like to connect with your spiritual self through

A Past Life Regression meditation
A Card Reading,
Astrological insights,
or exploring the messages in your Dreams.

Or we may simply have a chat over a cup of tea.
​

We may close the session with some Reiki or extended time for you to
Reflect and Ground in stillness, before coming back together to share about the things we noticed about ourselves today.​​​​​​​​

How Does It Work?
You may come with a Theme that is alive for you that informs what we explore together,
or I may offer you some options to choose from based on my intuition and spiritual guidance.​

These sessions are available on weekday afternoons.
We have between 3 and 3.5 hours together
